I was tucking my 2 1/2 year old nephew into bed last night, when he leaned into me, placed his hands on my cheeks, pressed his forehead into mine, and whispered “Uncle Mite [he can’t say ‘Mike’ yet], Lady Gaga, listen, please?” He nodded and said please over and over until I played Telephone off my iPhone for him while he dozed off.

Last weekend, Caroline and I borrowed cameras from the Lomography store on Queen West and spent the afternoon taking photos of the neighborhood. My camera of choice: the LOMO LC- A. On weekends, the Lomography store has free drop in workshops. For ten dollars you can rent a camera with film.
